[FLASH-USERS] Running FLASH on IBM machine

Hi
Dear All,
I am trying to run FLASH on IBM machine. IBM XL Compilers are installed 
on that machine. i get following error while running flash on this 
machine. Any body has experience to run FLASH on such machines with XL 
compilers. Error is coming from where and what is possible solution?

/sara/sw/modules/wrappers/sara/include -O3 -qstrict -qarch=auto 
-qtune=auto  -DN_DIM=2 -DMAXBLOCKS=1000 -DNXB=8 -DNYB=8 -DNZB=1  
CosmologicalFunctions.F90
/opt/ibmcmp/xlf/12.1/bin/xlf_r: 1501-210 (S) command option N_DIM=2 
contains an incorrect subargument
make[1]: *** [CosmologicalFunctions.o] Error 40
I am using following compilation flags
 -c -qrealsize=8 -qintsize=4
