[FLASH-USERS] c12 vs C12

Hi guys

I am using Multispecies. I have a problem visualizing the plot files
using visit.

When visualizing a cl_hdf5_plt_cnt_xxxx, I have:

DATA{
(0,0):"dens",
(1,0):"C12"
(2,0):"HMC",
(3,0):"......

DATASET "c12" {.....

visit does not recognize C12 as a variable and therefore I can not
plot the mass of C12.

When I use the checkpoint file cl_hdf5_chk_xxxx, I have:

DATA{
.......,
(10,0):"c12"
(11,0):"hii",
(12,0):"......

DATASET "c12" {

visit recognize c12 and I can make the desired plots. Unfortunately I
have very few of those.

I hope that this last clue will help you find the bug.
