[FLASH-USERS] disable check pointing

It still tried to write a checkpoint even with all those values set  
to -1.  when doing a 3d problem.

I will try with a mpi library compiled with mcmodel=medium, I don't  
know why I would need this.

It failed at the same point when the second checkpoint was 2.2 gb. So  
it fails consistently.
