[FLASH-USERS] Pancake with hydro

The default pancake setup only includes particles.  You can add
"--with-unit=physics/Hydro" to the setup line to include hydro.

e.g.

./setup Pancake -auto --with-unit=physics/Hydro 
-objdir=pancake_with_hydro -parfile=test_paramesh_2d.par
