[FLASH-USERS] Fwd: radiative cooling to flash4b

Hi Muhammad,

Just a warning that there is some compatibility issue with the Cooling unit and the unstaggered mesh MHD solver. It causes a lattice of large magnetic monopoles to develop. Please disregard this if you are working on gas dynamics.

Hi Muhammad,

You can download supplementary units from the FLASH website. Radiative
cooling is not officially supported, but works without any problem. I
use it all the time. This one is for FLASH4a, but I think you can
immediately use it for FLASH4b as well.

Once you understand the FLASH structure, this routine is quite easy and
straight forward.

Best,
Seyit
