[FLASH-USERS] simulation time for checkpoint file

Hi all,

This is probably obvious to longterm users of FLASH.  How do I get the
simulation time for which a checkpoint file is output?  It's recorded in
the log file, sort of, but not in an easily parseable way.  I don't see it
in the data of the checkpoint file.  I must be missing something...
