Hi Yushi,
The best way to achieve this is to specify in your Simulation Config file:
REQUESTS physics/sourceTerms/Burn/BurnMain/nuclearBurn/Iso7
and not to change the DEFAULT in nuclearBurn Config. The REQUESTS statement in your Simulation Config will override the nuclearBurn DEFAULT.
