Hi Petr,

Yes. You should declare mass scalar variables in Config file by the keyword “MASS_SCALAR name” (see http://flash.uchicago.edu/site/flashcode/user_support/flash4_ug_4p6/node35.html). Then you could access them in solnData with the index “name_MSCALAR”.
