[FLASH-USERS] compilation error related to physicaldata module using FLASH4.6

Hi Ryan,

Yeah it seems related to setup. I've been using a version of flmake that I
hacked to work with python 3.6, but it seems that there are still issues
with it. It worked when I was using FLASH 4.3. I decided to try using the
version of flmake that comes with 4.6 (not sure if it's different from that
that comes with 4.3) and python 2.7 and that worked. It's too bad that
flmake is no longer maintained.
