Hi FLASH-users,

My simulations were crashing when trying to write output files using HDF5
1.10, but it works for HDF5 1.8.

I was asked by hpc-support (at U. Michigan) to ask:

*Would you mind querying the Flash developers and/or mailing list about
whetherFlash support HDF5 1.10? **It would be helpful to me for future
planning to know what the Flash developers plans are for HDF5 1.10. *

I remember from previous messages on this listserv that HDF5 1.10 is
supported at least by FLASH 4.5. Does anyone know what version of FLASH
started supporting HDF5 1.10.x?

I'm using FLASH 4.2.2 (quite old, it's true...maybe time to upgrade).

In case you're curious, here's the error I was receiving with HDF5 1.10.5
(also using intel/18.0.5 and intel mpi 2018.4.274)

HDF5-DIAG: Error detected in HDF5 (1.10.5) thread 0:

Last line of the log file was

Best,
