[FLASH-USERS] Segmentation Fault with Resistivity

Hi All,

I'm adding resistivity to a cylindrical simulation in FLASH4.6.2 and I
encountered a segmentation fault when I try to run.  This occurs only when
the useMagneticResistivity flag is set to true, and happens for both
Spitzer and Constant resistivity cases.  Has anyone else encountered this
or have an idea of what might be causing the segmentation fault?
