[FLASH-USERS] DriverComputeDt.F90 and MPI

Hi Tony,

Many thanks for your help. I had seen this in past comments, but I was thrown off by a more recent comment claiming this had been "fixed" in the latest update. I must have misunderstood and the fix" must have been the addition of the flag you suggested.
