[FLASH-USERS] 1D cylindrical MHD simulation

Dear all,

I would like to know how to run 1D cylindrical MHD Sedov blast wave
(magnetic field is along the z axis).
There is no problem in 2D cylindrical for this system (Total energy is
conserved).

I used the following setup

./setup SEDOV_MHD_1D -auto -1d -nxb=128 +hdf5typeio +cylindrical +usm
species=spcl,spcr --with-unit=physics/Eos/EosMain/Multigamma

Compilation is ok, the simulation run.
However, the total internal energy falls down as you can see on the figure
joined to this mail, and this only due to the presence of the magnetic
field.

The flash.par is also joined to this mail.

Thanks you for any suggestions

Antoine
