[FLASH-USERS] Error with HDF5

Your error message usually occur when your execution file cannot find object file.
so you should export library path or insert bashrc file.

input below command in prompt
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}:/usr/local/hdf5/lib

Or insert that command in the bashrc file.

Dear FLASH users/developers,

When I try to run the command $ mpirun -np 4 flash4.
I got an error message:

flash4: error while loading shared libraries: libhdf5.so.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
flash4: error while loading shared libraries: libhdf5.so.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
flash4: error while loading shared libraries: libhdf5.so.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Primary job  terminated normally, but 1 process returned
a non-zero exit code. Per user-direction, the job has been aborted.

flash4: error while loading shared libraries: libhdf5.so.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I checked and found that the libhdf5.so.10 file is already in the directory /usr/local/hdf5/lib/.
