[FLASH-USERS] opac-convert not working on TOPS opacity

Dear Flash developers and users,

I am a new FLASH user. I have modified LaserSlab for a laser-Silicon
interaction. A constant opacity is working, however, for a
realistic simulation, I need an opacity table. I copied data from TOPS for
a silicon crystal, and used opac-convert to convert the table to IONMIX. I
get following error

opac-convert --Znum 14 Si.ses
numba.vectorize not loaded, will use numpy.vectorize!

matid = int(header.split()[1])
IndexError: list index out of range
