[FLASH-USERS] How do I extract (or read) parameters not included in the default output file?

Hi Sang Yun,

At least for the solvers used in the LaserSlab problem those quantities are never explicitly calculated. This is because the electron thermal conduction and multi group radiation diffusion are solved implicitly with the HYPRE library. Even if they were they would be defined at the cell-faces rather than the cell-centers of the grid and so would not be easily represented in the CHK or PLT files. 

Typically I would post-process those quantities in the region of interest from the FLASH output using yt <https://yt-project.org/>.
