What is the best path to use for getting a viable MPI library
for Flash under Mac OS 10.8.x ? When I just try to "setup" and
"make" the contents of the "object" directory, the operation
fails while seeking elements of "mpich2-1.4.1p1".
Is this the only MPI I can use with Flash? How much variation
in the choice of an MPI is allowed? May one use OpenMPI as
well, for example?
