I am trying to run a model with a dipole magnetic field in 2D cylindrical with FLASH 4.4. The magnetic energy is about 0.1% of the internal energy. I have viscosity turned on. It crashes rather quickly due to a large
spike in the kinetic energy. If I run the same model with the magnetic field substantially reduced I don't seem to have this issue. Are there any known issues with using this type of magnetic field, or any suggestions for where to look for the source of this
issue?
