I just came across the equation for ion number density (n_ion) in FLASH user guide, which as shown in the pic herein.

Judging from the equation, does it mean that n_ion here represent the number density of all neuclei, including neutral atoms with Z =0 ? In that case ,does that mean all quantities </div>
