[FLASH-BUGS] HDF5 crash

Hi!

I just tried HDF5-1.4.5-post2 with sgi
I compiled everything with -64. compiled fine, but the run crashed. stderr
is in hdf5.err as well as the hdf5 configure.in config.log config.status
