[FLASH-USERS] Restart Flash3.1 from chk in a different directory than flash3

Good day Flash users:

Is it possible to restart Flash3.1 from a checkpoint file which is in a
different directory than the executable flash3?

I'm having file transfer problems with a cluster using Condor.
