Dear Andy,

The official release for the Unsplit Staggered Mesh (USM) MHD solver
only supports 1D and 2D implementations, and a full 3D implementation
is provided to users by request with agreements on future collaborations
and co-authorship of papers with me.

Please let me know if you wish to pursuit using a full 3D version of the
USM MHD solver, I will get you a tar ball for that.
