[FLASH-USERS] parameters changes allowed on restart?

    I want to run my simulation with a fine time-step for a while, and 
then take much larger steps later.  Instead of kludging something into 
the dt calculation of the driver, I thought that I'd be clever and 
restart from the chkpnt files to accomplish this.  So I did an initial 
run with dtmax set to a small number.  Then I started the next run, with 
dtmax now set to a much larger number.  In the log file, the value of 
the new dtmax is correctly shown.  But the simulation continues taking 
the old, small timesteps.  Perhaps it is not legal to change parameters 
on a restart, but I thought it might work...any suggestions?
