[FLASH-USERS] Restart Problem

Hi Flash Users,
I've been having a problem restarting from checkpoint files in runs with 
many particles, in FLASH2.5. It seems that, with some thousands of 
particles, certain processors get stuck in MovePartciles.F90, apparently 
each trying to receive 10 particles (via non-blocking mpi receive), 
which never come.
Has anyone else run across this sort of issue?
