Hi,

When I set pc_unitsbase = "CGS", the ideal gas constant is 8.315e7.
When I set pc_unitsbase = "MKS", the ideal gas constant is 8.315e3.
Why is the MKS value 1000 times too large?
What is the simplest way to compile the PhysicalConstants_unitTest as a stand-alone program?
