Dear Aaron,

the summers_den_1e8 file contains the ionization and recombination cross 
sections as calculated by Summers, sampled at 134 temperatures in the 
range 1.e4-1.e8 K.

The structure of the table is the following:
   Temperature
   ionization coeff. of He (3 values)
   recombination coeff. of He (3 values)
   ionization coeff. of C (7 values)
   recombination coeff. of C (7 values)
   ...........
   ionization coeff. of Ni (29 values)
   recombination coeff. of Ni (29 values)

The table includes ioniz./recomb. coeff. for He, C, N, O, Ne, Mg, Si, S, 
Ar, Ca, Fe, Ni
