Hi Anthony,
Try a setup line that looks something like this:
./setup Sedov -auto -site=jaguar.ccs.ornl.gov
This will use a Makefile.h created for Jaguar when it was a Cray XT4.
You will notice that the Makefile.h uses environmental variables in
place of hard-coded strings, e.g. LIB_HDF5 = ${HDF5_CLIB}. These
variables will be available in your environment when you "module load"
the version of e.g. HDF5 that you want to use.
It is possible that some of the environmental variable names have
changed.
