Try these:

 ./setup Sod -1d -auto +spherical +pm4dev -parfile=coldstart_pm_sph_1d.par 

 ./setup SodSpherical -1d -auto +spherical +pm4dev -parfile=coldstart_pm.par 

 ./setup DustCollapse -auto -1d +pm4dev +spherical -parfile=coldstart_pm_sph_1d.par
