[FLASH-USERS] FLASH a problem

Hi Tom,

I have HDF5. I am working with FLASH for a while. Even now, everything is OK when I
run the Sedov. However, the problem happens in laser target simulation.

It looks like you're crashing when you try to write your first checkpoint file. Do you have HDF5 installed on your machine? I have also run into problems with specific versions of HDF5 (I'm currently using version 1.8.12).

I have installed a new parallel code that woks using openmpi.
After that I receive the following errors from the FLASH code when I want to run hydrodynamics calculation.
I am using Ubuntu 14.
Any comments?

mpirun noticed that process rank 3 with PID 9101 on node majid-sim exited on signal 11 (Segmentation fault).
