If you would like to analyze FLASH output, personally I might recommend yt (http://yt-project.org <http://yt-project.org/>, a Python package) and VisIt (https://wci.llnl.gov/simulation/computer-codes/visit/downloads <https://wci.llnl.gov/simulation/computer-codes/visit/downloads>).
Especially, if you have any questions on yt, please do not hesitate to shoot me emails offline.
