The Hydro implementations under HydroMain/unsplit (incuding MHD) as well 
as the implementation under HydroMain/split/PPM will automatically advect
species mass fractions that are properly declared and initialized.

 properly declared = using either SPECIES keyword in Config file, or
                     species=<list> on the setup command line;
 properly initialized = mass fractions add up to 1 in each cell.
