[FLASH-USERS] make: *** [flash4] Error 1

Hi all,

I have ubuntu 16.04 (MATE) When I try to gmake/make
FLASH for the Sedov problem, I get the following error:

/usr/bin/ld: -f may not be used without -shared
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
Makefile:345: recipe for target 'flash4' failed
make: *** [flash4] Error 1
