[FLASH-USERS] problem solved with restarting a FLASH 4.3 run with sink particles

Thanks to Christoph Federrath, my restart problem has been traced to my
failure to include code in the Simulation_init.F90 routine that forces a
return whenever a restart is attempted. If that code is not included,
unpredictable things happen on a restart with respect to the sink
particles. Joshua Wall also quickly diagnosed this omission, so thanks to
Joshua as well.
