[FLASH-USERS] Initial and boundary conditions

Hi Imad,

You can set initial conditions in Simulation_initBlock.F90 in the problem
directory.
If you don't have a problem directory yet you can copy from the most
similar
example/test problem (which are located in ...PATH_TO_FLASH/source/
Simulation/SimulationMain/magnetoHD).

You can set boundary conditions in flash.par as well as user defined
boundary conditions in Grid_bcApplyToRegionSpecialized.F90
