[FLASH-USERS] TOPS Opacity to IONMIX conversion tool

Hi All,

I saw an email to FLASH users from a few years ago that discussed
converting TOPS opacity data into IONMIX format.  Did anyone end up making
a tool they are willing to share?

I saw the stub version using opacplot2 (
https://gist.github.com/rth/83a52122426611b0a2d6), but hoping to not have
to recreate the wheel if someone already added the TOPS parsing components.
