I am unable to run any simulation with IO. I am using the Docker container icksa/flash4-deps with FLASH 4.6.2, with HDF5 1.8.11
Configure option runs fine
$ ./setup Sedov --auto +noio
When running the 'make' command, the following is encountered:
$ make -j XX
returns the following after it starts compiling the objects:
-L /usr/local/include/lib -lhdf5 -lz
/usr/local/lib/libhdf5.a(H5PL.o): In function `H5PL_term_interface':
H5PL.c:(.text+0xa7): undefined reference to `dlclose'
/usr/local/lib/libhdf5.a(H5PL.o): In function `H5PL_load':

H5PL.c:(.text+0x45c): undefined reference to `dlopen'
H5PL.c:(.text+0x475): undefined reference to `dlsym'
H5PL.c:(.text+0x5a4): undefined reference to `dlclose'
H5PL.c:(.text+0x629): undefined reference to `dlerror'
H5PL.c:(.text+0x83c): undefined reference to `dlclose'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [flash4] Error 1
The simulation runs with +noio option, but no simulation (flow-domain files for visit) or plot files are generated in the object folder. Can anyone please help me with this?
Sincerely,
