I want to simulate the laser slab in the X-Z plane, after i change the
example.par file

refine_var_2 = "tele"

When I use this script:
./setup -auto LaserSlab -2d -nxb=16 -nzb=16 +hdf5typeio \
         species=cham,targ +mtmmmt +laser +uhd3t +mgd mgd_meshgroups=6 \
         -parfile=example.par
I have this message Must not specify nzb for dimensionality < 3d?
