I don't know whether this solves all of your problems - probably not - but 
you will have to adjust *at least* both ms_chamA *and* ms_targA to values 
consistent with the IONMIX file. Since you want to use a hydrogen file for 
both, you have to set both runtime parameters to hydrogen values.
(Same for ms_chamZ and ms_targZ, although that may not really matter 
here.)
