[FLASH-USERS] Installation problem: arguments not match for mpi

Problem solved by adding a flag into Makefile.h “F90FLAGS = -w -fallow-argument-mismatch -O2”. Still don’t know if there will be other problem related to this definition. 

And I think that it is a compiler problem
