[FLASH-USERS] Converting simulation output from other codes to usable FLASH grid

Hi FLASH users,
I am beginning an ambitious project of converting output data from AREPO (MHD astrophysical code using a moving Voronoi mesh) into a refined FLASH grid which can then be read in as initial conditions for a FLASH sim. Is anyone aware of the existence of similar attempts, or any efforts to convert from any other hydro codes into a non-uniform amr grid compatible with FLASH?
