Hello,
I am trying to run the Sedov test from the users guide. I'm using Flash
6.4.1 on Debian.
I have hdf5.h in my /usr/include folder, and I have my /usr/include folder
in my $PATH variable. In Makefile.h, I have set the path to HDF5 as
/usr/include. When I try to run the "make" command, I get the following
error:
---------------------------
hdf5_flash.h:34:10: fatal error: hdf5.h: No such file or directory
#include <hdf5.h>
^~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.
make: *** [Makefile:124: io_attribute.o] Error 1
--------------------------
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jake Allyn
