[FLASH-USERS] FLASH 4.7 Release

Dear FLASH Users,

Happy New Year and best wishes for a fun and productive 2023!

The Flash Center Code Group is excited to announce the public release of
an updated version of the FLASH code, version 4.7!

This update has a moderate amount of changes from FLASH 4.6.2, and several
new features. These include:
    * Full Braginskii extended-MHD terms (Hall, Nernst, Seebeck,
      cross-field term, Biermann battery, and anisotropic resistivity)
    * Updated transport coefficients for magnetized plasmas (resistivity,
      thermal conduction, thermoelectric transport, and viscosity)
    * Implicit magnetic diffusion
    * Interface capturing hydrodynamics
    * Enhancements to implicit solvers, including magnetic diffusion in UG
    * Z-pinch modeling capabilities and current circuits
    * Native readers for LANL SESAME EoS & TOPS opacity formats

The release is available as a tarball, FLASH4.7.tar.gz, at the usual
location on the Flash Center website, https://flash.rochester.edu
