[FLASH-USERS] Problems during setups with python3 in flash release4.6.2

Hi Flashers!
I am having problems setting up flash4.6.2 in a cluster with just
python3.9.16 installed.
I'm getting the below compatibility error message.
Would you know if there is some way to overcome this issue?
