[FLASH-USERS] How do I extract (or read) parameters not included in the default output file?

Dear FLASH users!

I'm trying to run a modified LaserSlab simulation.
I want to check parameters such as heat flux (q_e) or radiation flux (q_r).
I didn't find them in the default output files (*chk* or *plot* files).
So, how do I extract (or read) parameters not included in the default
output file?
Or, what do I change (or modify) the source file, and how do I modify it?
