[FLASH-USERS] USM algorithm describe the diffusion of magnetic field in vacuum

Dear Flash Developer
  In previous versions, the USM algorithm could not accurately describe the diffusion of magnetic field in vacuum, which caused difficulties in the calculation of plasma in vacuum environment.  Is the USM algorithm in the new version updated with new content? Can we calculate the diffusion in the low conductivity region?
