Dear Flash Team,
We have found some problems when using LaserSlab case in FLASH4.8. Firstly the setup command is below:
"
./setup -auto LaserSlab -noc -3d +pm4dev +hdf5typeio -nxb=16 -nyb=16 -nzb=16 +mtmmmt +laser +mgd +usm3t species=cham,targ mgd_meshgroups=6 -parfile=example3d.par -objdir=Result/LaserSlab
"
The simulation case works well but when we set the "Irefine_max=4" in flash.par, some errors occurred.
Our computer has 56 cores per node. When we submit the case with 1 node and 56 cores, it works well. But when we submit the case with 2 node and 57 cores (so as to cases with 58 cores and 112 cores), warning message is below:
"
WARNING after gc filling: min. unk(DENS_VAR)=0.000000000000000000000
……
WARNING after gc filling: min. unk(EINT_VAR)=0.000000000000000
"
By the way, the simulation works well in FLASH4.7.1. Can you give me some advices about why this happened and how can I modify the case? Thank you for your attention!
