[FLASH-USERS] Assistance with Z-Pinch Simulation Including Nuclear Burn in FLASH

Dear FLASH Users,
I am writing to seek guidance on performing a simulation of a Z-pinch that includes target physics. Specifically, I am interested in modeling the simplest case: a spherical cryogenic mixture of deuterium-tritium (DT) with a coating. From previous posts, I understand that FLASH does not support neutron rate computation. However, I have learned that FLASH supports the Burn unit, which includes nuclear burn processes. Therefore, I wonder if FLASH can perform a semi-one-step simulation, from the formation of a dynamic hohlraum to the ignition of the inertial confinement fusion (ICF) target.
If possible, I would appreciate any information on how to integrate the Burn unit into the current Z-pinch simulation. I have already created two new species for the cryogenic deuterium-deuterium mixture (I have not yet set up tritium) and the coating material. From the Cellular example, I understand that I need to set the mass fractions of isotopes, but I am unsure if this is compatible with the current Equation of State (EOS) I am using (considering the opacities and the fraction of species).
Additionally, is it possible to apply the Burn unit only to the target material, or must it be set globally? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or examples, such as cases in laser ICF simulations using FLASH.
I apologize if any of my questions are naive; I am earnestly trying to learn FLASH.
