[FLASH-USERS] Compilation Problem of Flash

Hi Sonu,

You have two errors.

The first is that "python" is not found. If "python3" works on your
terminal, set up an alias. Otherwise, install python 3.x on your system.

Second, mpif90 is not found. Install MPI on your system if you need to, and
then update your paths in your Makefile.h (which is currently the Linux
prototype file).
