Hi Yang,

Thanks for attaching your Makefile.h. Everything looks potentially okay at
first glance. What's the output you get for "ls /usr/bin" in your terminal?
Similarly, what do you get for "/usr/local/hypre"? It's possible your
installed HYPRE include or lib path is different than what is present in
your Makefile.h.
