[FLASH-USERS] Request for Installation and Setup Steps for Flash 4.8

If you have not done so already, I highly encourage you to check out the
User Guide that is here,
https://flash.rochester.edu/site/flashcode/user_support.html , I followed
those (I still had a great deal of questions). I am not as well versed in
Flash as others, but looking through the documentation never hurts.
